9:15-midnight Dancing
Cash bar will be available 6:30 until midnight.
The Chef has worked with us to provide an excellent menu for our enjoyment
Our Dinner will begin with a Salad of Baby Spinach with Roasted Red and Yellow Beets and a with Ricotta Salata
White Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
followed by
Our Main Entree of Sliced Sirloin with a Shallot and Ale Demi Glace with a side of Celeric Whipped Potatoes and Roasted Butternut Squash
